Positive: Beautiful home with plenty of space for a large group. Yes, the layout is unique - you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the kitchen and shower - but it was comfortable. Six beds (3 of them twin size), two toilets, and a huge dining table, AC in each room, and beach towels accommodated us well. The location is also a plus. There is a great roti shop and boutique directly below. A convenience store up a block, tea across the street, and many restaurants, vendors and jewelry stores within a 3-minute walk. Heads up to the nightlifers, 95% of these places are closed by 5pm. Not sure about parking but the location makes getting around easy via taxi and safari. They're everywhere, friendly and ready to take you anywhere on the island. The hosts are good communicators with many recommendations.

Negative: Honestly, the biggest headache was getting in and out of the property. There are big locks on the gate to get in and then on the door, but this is a small tradeoff for feeling secure in the space, which we did. Though the layout was not a deal breaker, the placement of some outlets was a challenge, especially in the kitchen.

Positive: This place was absolutely wonderful! The space was clean, comfortable and exactly as described ! truly a perfect place to stay. Everything was well thought out, and it felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. Ronita is an exceptional host — kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free and was always available if we needed anything. You can really tell she goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay here again. Thank you, Ronita, for such a great experience!

Positive: We had a last minute flight cancellation and needed a place to stay for our family. I was looking for a place with enough room for five and found the Landmark available. As soon as I booked it, the host was in touch and helped communicate all the details needed to get the taxi to the right place. She even went out of her way to ask a neighboring guest house to stay open so we could retrieve waters, etc. The apartment itself had a lot of character and interesting features. Wish our stay could've been longer to explore that part of town. Overall, a wonderful experience, especially during a stressful time.

Positive: It was a charming, clean and comfortable place for us after we got off our week sailing charter. Staying in the historic quarter was so much nicer than staying near the cruise ship dock. Convenient/walking distance to good food and shopping choices. Wish had more time to explore the area. Host was communicative and easy in/easy out.
