We are centrally located to many ativities, yet far enough away to get the relaxation you need.

The home features a cozy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area—perfect for gathering after a day of adventure. Each of the three bedrooms offers a restful atmosphere, while the two full bathrooms ensure convenience and comfort. Our home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and outdoor fun.

You will have access to the full house and yard. There is a table and chairs on the deck (they are taken in for the winter) along with picnic tables in the yard.

Summary: My daughter and I stayed here while she was showing at HITS. The home is clean and well appointed. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches of having some lights on inside as we were arriving late and personal toiletry items in case you forgot anything. The owner was super responsive and very helpful. One of my best VRBO experiences. I hope to return when we show next.

Summary: This was the perfect spot to stay while our daughter competed at the HITS showgrounds. Communication with the host before our stay was great. The home was clean, spacious and quaint. It was supplied with all the necessary amenities. The 2 bathrooms are a plus! The home was very well air conditioned. The picnic area was very nice but unfortunatly due to rainstorms we weren't able to use it as much as we would have wanted. Very convenient location. HITS is only 15 minutes, Kaaterskills falls about 8 minutes, we also found the Mountain Brauhaus about 20 minutes away which I highly recommend.
