The Lemon Tree House is perfectly situated between the Exuma International Airport and Great Exuma’s capital city of Georgetown. You will catch glimpses of the legendary turquoise waters of Exuma as you make the short drive to the villa. Pull in through the landscaped private drive, enter the villa and melt into vacation mode as you gaze upon the blue waters through the Great Room’s wall of glass panel doors and windows.
The villa was designed for entertaining, inside and out. The open concept Great Room features 32’ vaulted ceilings with whitewashed rafters and two generous seating areas offering plenty of room to accommodate a family movie on the 65” LED TV, family games night, or a dance party with the SONOS sound system delivering the soundtrack from the in-ceiling speaker system. The chef – whether that is you or a private chef hired to cook for your group - will be part of the action, with the gourmet kitchen alongside the sitting areas and indoor dining table to provide easy and seamless flow. Step outside the Great Room and you are up close and personal with the star of the show – the legendary turquoise waters of Exuma. Recline in a sun lounger or day bed, splash in the heated infinity pool or pull up a stool at the BBQ bar as you soak in the panoramic ocean views. The ocean is just a few steps down from the patio – the white sand is perfect for swimming or a paddle, or perhaps an evening stroll to take in the shimmering stars of the carribean night sky.
No fighting over the “primary suite” at the Lemon Tree House, as each of the five bedrooms is spacious and luxuriously appointed, with its own private ensuite bathroom. Summary: Four couples who have known each other over 45 years since college got together in Exuma. We rented the lemon tree house and the house exceeded our expectations. The layout in the pictures or what you see are even better and more beautiful in person. The view is breathtaking. Cecil is such a wonderful help and will assist you with anything that you need. Would recommend this house to anybody. Our group is particular and again this house was absolutely stunning.

Summary: Rebecca and Cecil are great. The property is better than the pictures. Pool was warm. Great views every morning. The kids didn’t want to leave. Cecil even helped us get lobsters and grouper to cook one night.

Super convenient to both Georgetown and the Exuma airport, logistics for any and all activities was a piece of cake. Summary: Most beautiful water and sand we’ve ever seen, and we were able to see it all day long from Lemon Tree. The house was perfectly appointed for our group of 5 couples. Plenty of individual space and plenty of space for us all to be together. We loved sitting in the pool staring out over the water. The beach was virtually private! Can’t recommend highly enough - we are already planning our return trip.

Summary: Our trip was amazing! This home has everything you need and want. The home and beach location is wonderful. From all the kitchen utensils and appliances, to the most comfortable beds. This home is centrally located to other beaches and grocery stores. Honestly, there is no reason to go to another beach. Cecil, the property manager greets you upon arrival and gives you a rundown of the home and the awesome sound system. If I could rate this home higher, I most definitely would!!!!
