Negative: The unit was beautifully decorated and very modern. We had all the amenities described in the booking available to us. Parking was all good but the gate wouldn’t close at night as per our instructions from the owner. We tried multiple times to close the gate but it seemed to not work. The key lock was a little fiddly. But once we got in it was fine. The stairs weren’t mentioned in the description however it created a quiet cove for my family so you couldn’t hear the traffic noise at all. We didn’t realise the owners live above our accomodation but they left us to our business. We followed the instructions and cleaned the unit from top to bottom before we left this morning including vacuuming the floors and emptying all bins in the larger bins upstairs. Other than that it was a lovely unit to relax in for our short stay.

Positive: Proximity to beach, shops, restaurants and The Mount. Outside area with barbecue Very convenient. Also, great that this area has a clothes line. Good secure parking area.
Negative: Positioned on busy road but no road noise once inside unit and doors are closed.

Positive: Loved that it was seperate rooms, a good kitchen and a big fridge. Easy to park in the driveway.
Negative: I think they had people upstairs visiting and occasionally they would be talking outside but other than that they were super respectful.
Summary: Comfortable and easy going.

Positive: Location was fine lock box bit sticky.
Negative: Room was very cold and took a long time to heat up. There was no shower liquid in container. Lights to top stairs were not working (where car was parked) and it was very wet and dark so would have been good to have these lights going, especially carrying things up steps. If you were not good on steps it would be tricky as you had to go up and down outside stairs to get in Not sure that I could see that when we booked property.
Summary: It was a lovely spot for the two days. Weather of course was not!

Positive: Private gated parking was safe unexpected and a lovely feature Unit looked as photographed Clean and nice linen Appreaciated the coffee machine and hosts good communication and apology for the noise from hosts family even upstairs
Negative: The Stairs for my elderly motherly were unexpected Noise from hosts family event upstairs floor kept us awake until 11:30pm No electric blankets or hotties and heater struggled to warm the whole unit on the first night Lock box was tricky to open on arrival and departure
