The Little Bit Cabin is a small one floor cabin that is ideal for one to four people. We have affectionately named our cabin The Little Bit because it is small in size yet offers so many things to do. Situated in the heart of Pennyslvania's Black Forest, the cabin is close to the Pennsylvania Rail Trail, great hiking trails, and ATV and Snowmobile trails. We are also a short drive to Pine Creek canoe and fishing access areas. The views from the nearby vistas are breathtaking as are the views from the nearby Pennsylvania Grand Canyon overlooks. It's a short drive to great local restaurants as well as an Elk viewing area and the Highway to the Stars viewing area. Enjoy cooking in the well equipped kitchen or use the gas grill... maybe enjoy roasting marshmallows over a campfire while looking at the stars from the backyard. The one bedroom features a queen size bed and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. There is limited cellular service (Verizon), we have opted to avoid the distractions internet service. We have found that the swing in the back yard is a great place to read in the summer, and the living room is a great place to relax and be lazy anytime. Please let us know in advance if you need a pack and play or other kid's items.

Summary: My wife and I had a great time at this little cabin for our two night stay. We enjoyed exploring the area surrounding the cabin (Lock Haven / Woolrich / Hiking Spots). We had tickets to the Penn State game on Saturday and got there easily in a fairly short drive. Stan and Lisa are absolutely wonderful to work with. This was my first time using Vrbo personally and they were so kind and helpful in response to any questions or concerns that came up. The property was remarkably clean and tidy. We had a wonderful time. So worth it!

Summary: Property was as described and very clean. I thought the cabin was perfect in every way. We visited the PA Grand Canyon and viewed some Elk in Benezette. We would love to return.

Summary: We loved staying in this cabin in the woods. We were here for a week, and the cabin was perfect! Everything we could possibly need including every imaginable kitchen tool and appliance was available. The fireplace warmed up the cabin instantly; it had 2 recliners, a beautiful gas range, a nice big couch, and a comfy bed. The area was wonderful, and there were many state parks and villages to explore. We were there during peak season for the autumn leaves and it was beautiful. Check in was simple, and contact with the owners was seamless. We enjoyed every minute and would stay here again.

Summary: We came here for the last 2 days of a two week vacation and it was the perfect ending! The cottage has a great layout where we were all together in the main area which was plenty big for the 4 of us. The kids loved playing in the yard! Stan and Lisa provided us a guide for local spots which was very handy and much appreciated. Thank you for letting us stay at the little bit!
