Positive: A lovely little house, with everything we needed. Surprisingly spacious bedroom and a lovely conservatory as a bonus. Easy parking and a nice little enclosed yard at the back, which was great for our dog. Even the weather was perfect! It also suited us well in its location, near Holt and Sheringham.
Negative: Only thing missing was a large plastic spoon in the kitchen!

Positive: Ease of access to the north Norfolk coast, Fakenham for supplies, food and drink. Located on a quiet estate. Space - plenty of room in sitting and bedroom, no squeezing down the side of the bed to try and make it! Very well equipped kitchen, very clean. Access to conservatory and enclosed garden. Neat and clean bathroom, plenty of hot water. Welcome pack and greeting card left by the owners made us feel welcome.
Negative: Would be nit picking to say that I would have liked a washing up bowl, just not a fan of washing up in the sink!
Summary: A home from home - very comfortable base after a day in the Norfolk countryside

Positive: the Little House has everything you need and is very convenient for touring Norfolk. There is a Co-Op, Post Office, butcher and wet fish shop. It is on a development but this is reflected in the fee; it has private parking, is very quiet and has a private and enclosed patio area. The hosts are attentive, keeping in touch with both local information and regarding your stay. We would definitely stay again as it exceeded our expectations.

Summary: A wonderful holiday; we were sorry to leave.

Positive: Good location for north coast and National Trust properties. Holkham Hall not too far. Very well maintained property and ideal bike storage either in the shed or conservatory. Quiet area. Everything you could possibly need provided in the kitchen. Good strong shower. Parking in private area outside the front door. Ideal for two people.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: Great find, would recommend to anyone and will look to return when in Norfolk again.
