Summary: This cabin is spectacular. It has been well maintained by the owner and is easily one of the best rentals our family has used on VRBO. Jennifer was our point of contact, and I can't speak highly enough about how professional and helpful she was during our stay. If you want to relax in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains in a beautiful cabin next to a river, this is your spot! We highly recommend the Little Farmhouse On the River!

Summary: The house was everything we needed to get away with a family of four. Plenty attention to details, things like setting out towels by the door so we could relax in the hot tub after a long drive. Had everything we need to relax either by the fire or by the river. Really close to the national park so we didnt have to drive far.

Summary: My son and I came for spring break and had the best time. Great location, close to lots of hikes and attractions. We both loved the river access. And used the hot tub every night after hiking.The owner has thought of everything in this house to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We wanted for nothing. Will definitely be back.

Summary: My husband and I needed a weekend to ourselves and that is exactly what we got. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the hot tub. Love that it is on the covered porch so that even though it rained, we still could enjoy it.

Summary: This is our second stay here. It won’t be our last either! This beautiful place is nestled in Townsend close to places yet away from the hustle.
