Positive: Very welcoming, well equipped and luxurious stay The hosts, Peter and Charlie were very welcoming and accommodating. The ambience once you step foot into the accommodation was indescribable. Well equipped TV with good sound system. One of the best antipasto platters I have ever had.

Positive: Brilliant location, great access to get to all the sights in the huon valley. Loved that when we arrived , the fire had been lit , lovely music playing in the background - “The little seed” was warm with great ambience. Felt so relaxing right from the get-go. Quiet location with no traffic noise. Bath was perfect with plenty of hot water. Excellent kitchen fit out .

Negative: Not a biggie but would have preferred if the toilet had walls and a door.

Summary: Restful, peaceful - so great!!!!

Positive: The breakfast hamper was unbelievably generous. I loved the decor and the artwork. The kitchen was well kitted out for self catering and the bed was really comfortable. One of the top places I’ve stayed in.
