Summary: This was a perfect location to stay for my nephew’s wedding at a winery near Lake Conroe. House was beautifully decorated, and we were treated to the calls of a great horned owl in the back woods. We highly recommend this property!

Summary: This property was perfect to use for my son’s wedding weekend. The venue was 5 minutes away so we used it as home base for everyone to meet and hang out during down times. The property itself was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We did have some trouble getting checked in because the code wasn’t sent to us but it worked out in the end.

Summary: Great little rustic farm house to get away and for us - time away with the fellas. Easy to grill out and they had a provided fire pit with wood to sit around in the evening and enjoy a beverage with a tall glass of stories! House overall has a bigger feel than it appears in the pictures and is well laid out with split floor plan that worked well for us. The biggest think that wasn't mentioned is that there is a train that goes by at night, a very loud train that goes by a few times each night we were there. We stayed Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The train can be heard as it is approaching and is loud enough that you will hear it at night. All in all the place was just as described, and Brandy was great to communicate with. The train wasn't as easy to talk to as Brandy. I would probably stay there again, as the ambiance and feel is relaxing and worth it.

Summary: The little white farmhouse is very nice, lots of room, plenty of sleeping space. It was very nice to be next-door to the wedding venue so that I could get my elderly parents back-and-forth easily.

Summary: Loved staying here, the property was beautiful and secluded, beds were comfortable, owner was very responsive. The house had above and beyond what we needed to enjoy our stay! Ample parking, ample space, etc.

Summary: The house was extremely clean and very nice. It was a lot larger than I expected and Brandy responded quickly to any questions I had. We stayed to be close to the renaissance festival and will definitely do it again next year! 10/10 great place!!

Summary: We LOVED this property! It was very clean, cute and comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and have already recommended to friends for upcoming events. The only thing we suggest is to have more wash cloths. There were seven of us and only 4 cloths. Not a deterrent for future stays though.
