Positive: Our accommodations exceeded our expectations! The staff were extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. It was my wife's 70th birthday and when we returned to our room after a full day excursion, a bottle of champagne was there along a Happy Birthday greeting made with flowers on our bed!

Negative: On our last night, the lights were off on the stair railing and sidewalk which made it very difficult to walk and dangerous. I didn't need to inform the front desk on this issue; it should have been noticed immediately once the lights were turned on in the resort.
