Positive: The online pictures and property description were 100% accurate. Lots of times there is some "puffing" regarding the properties amenities and here there was not. Refreshing to see!

Positive: This property sits in a one of a kind location with incredible views of the Gearhart estuary, Tillamook Head and the ocean. It is a good facility for 18 people in that we could all eat at one table and gather in the large living room.
Negative: The property is in serious need of upgrades to the interior carpet and finishes. Also, the onsite host was intrusive and too nosy about who we were and why we were there.
Summary: Great location, unique facility, seriously needs updates and maintenance.

Positive: The lodge was the perfect retreat during the bomb cyclone! The wind whipped and the rain pounded, and our group huddled comfortably around the warm fire under the sturdy wooden beams of the house. We all arrived as friends and left as family with each other. It was a momentous experience for everyone. We were not wanting for anything - the lodge was very well equipped and very cozy!
Negative: We needed to do some creative parking in other locations, as we had more than the seven vehicles allowed by city ordinance, but that was fairly easily accommodated.
Summary: There could not have been a better option for our needs in this moment. All was perfect.

Positive: There were 16 of us and we all found everything to our liking. Luckily we had nice weather so were able to gather inside in the spacious living room or outside in the spacious patio. we were thrilled with the 3 refrigerators, 2 ovens.
Negative: One of our ladies tripped and fell up the step between the living room and dining room. there is a hand rail there which she should have used. There is a slight lip on the upper stair and that is what she tripped on. I don’t know the solution but perhaps a piece of yellow tape along there? Not attractive, but safer.
Summary: It was a perfect spot for 16 women for a college reunion.
