Positive: Everything on one floor and everything you could possibly need Suited couples of all ages as we brought elderly parents who were well catered for!! Being pet friendly was a huge plus for us as we didn't have the worry of leaving dogs with neighbours or a kennel.. Very safe roads surrounding the Lodge for walks and Egans pub down the road was a hidden gem!!
Negative: Softer mattresses than used to but easily overlooked by us...

Positive: The layout of the house is perfect with French doors leading to a beautiful patio and private garden. Rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped too. John was very friendly and approachable throughout our stay. There was also a sauna available to use. Would stay again.

Positive: we had a lovely stay .very nice lodge with everything we needed .great grounds for our dog we were looking for a quiet break and feel well rested after it .
Negative: Therw was nothing to dislike John was very helpfull lodge extremly comfortable and warm .

Negative: Unfortunately one of the toilets could not be used during our stay. Not a huge problem, just inconvenient at night time. The WIFi didn’t work in the lodge but that just allowed us to spend more time together as a family.
Summary: Lovely place to stay. Would recommend.
