Summary: Brent and his staff too great care of our family. The house was perfectly set up for a group to enjoy the indoors as well as the out doors. The property was well groomed, clean and welcoming. We sat quietly every morning and in the cool of the evening to watch so many deer enjoy their breakfast and evening meal. Our Grandkids absolutely loved it! We will go again!

Summary: It surprised me when I learned amenities like shampoo and conditioner were not standard. I notified Brent regarding this. Someone was over with supplies within 30 min. Very accommodating. Also…coming back at night, no lights on “Shadow Ranch” Would be helpful to have a spot light on it at night.

Summary: Very beautiful and relaxing place, and the deer were mesmerizing to watch! Hard to explore the surrounding areas when the best view is right outside the front door. Our family would definitely love to stay here again. The mascot, Dottie was a great host

Summary: Shadow Ranch was a great place to stay. The kids enjoy hiking and seeing the animals. We loved the privacy and Spots the deer who thinks she’s part of the group!!!

Summary: Even though it was very hot and dry, we enjoyed our time at the Shadow Ranch. The ranch house itself was very roomy and just as pictured online. We actually went for my father's 87th birthday and he loved watching all of the different kinds of deer here... we all did. Met the owner, and he was an excellent host! Would love to go back in the fall or spring... This is the perfect place for just relaxing and watching wildlife!

Summary: This property blew us away! Absolutely beautiful and being with all the animals was such a neat experience!! My kids LOVED Dotty the deer, she was so tame and friendly. The owner, Brent was so friendly and talked with us about all the animals. Definitely will be back if we are ever up this way again!!

Summary: If you enjoy looking out and seeing a variety of deer crossing the yard, this place is for you. We enjoyed walking throughout the acreage and seeing the variety of animals. I'm sure it is even more impressive when the leaves are out on the trees. If you are looking for luxury, this house is probably not for you. There's no spa or super fancy interior. However, it is nice and roomy, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are adequate. It is a unique place that we very much enjoyed with our family. You have to give it a try if you love nature. The hosts were wonderful!
