Directly adjacent to the landscape protection area, surrounded by apple trees and meadows, is a converted farmhouse in a wonderful quiet location 5 minutes from the town center of Wangen.
The old house was lovingly converted into a 2-storey apartment. The attic with a height of up to 5.5m was designed for a loft-like large open space with an open kitchen.
Including in the 1st Floor there are 3 bedrooms with a bathroom with shower and bath. Use of the sauna can be booked on site from May.
A parlor on the ground floor can also be rented if required.

Summary: Beautiful location not far from Wangen by car or foot (nice walk!). Gorgeous views from the 3rd floor windows. 3-story apartment, just as described. We had everything we needed, and then some. Kitchen is very usable. Host was super easy to communicate with, and helped us have a grill party for family one evening. Highly recommend. My husband and our two adult children had a wonderful stay. A fine place also for younger children.

Summary: We had an excellent weekend staying at Thommy & Barbara's apartment. It was a perfect set up for us as 5 adults and 1 baby. There was a really nice dinning / living room area which was great for the evenings and it was a nice walk into Wangen town centre where we visited the Christmas markets. It was the perfect place to spend a weekend away with friends. Would highly recommend.

Summary: What a great holiday! The property is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, set in a gorgeous location with amazing views across the Allgau meadows. The house is a recently restored old farmhouse with a wonderful light, modern interior, setting off many old fixtures and fittings, which works really well. It is set in the most beautiful, lush green rolling countryside, surrounded by dairy cows, in a very quiet, secluded and safe spot, yet is actually very close (walking distance) to all the amenities of Wangen and only a short drive to Lake Constance. Many other things to do and beautiful and interesting places to visit are within reasonable driving distance. Our hosts Thommy and Barbara (who live in the other side of the house) were always friendly and very helpful, and, fortunately for us, spoke excellent English! :-)
