The Loft is a character-filled delightful and well-equipped accommodation. Perfectly positioned in a very popular area of Melbourne. It is very close to transport and many attractions such as the city, Museum, the famous Brunswick Street shops, Smith Street factory outlets, large public gardens with playgrounds, BBQ and skatepark, large public pool.
It is the perfect base for a visit to Melbourne!

Summary: We were very happy with The Loft. Very handy location, comfortable, kitchen very well equipped. Some useful travel tips which led us to Yarra Bend. All of our interactions with owners were were very professionally handled. Would come again.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Loft in North Fitzroy: well set up, very clean, convenient - in walking distance to many cafes and restaurants, trams to city and St Kilda, and Fitzroy pool. Definitely recommend to quiet couples and friends. Spiral stairs fun - but we left one large suitcase downstairs. Katrina very helpful.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, had to be careful of staircase otherwise nice and clean.we enjoyed the area of Fitzroy and found the shopping better than heading to city - Smith Str and Lygon str in particular.

Summary: The Loft met all of our Melbourne needs without effort. Just the right size, near to great shopping and eating, public transport practically at the door, and hosts that communicated well and made us feel welcome. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Summary: We stayed at 'the loft' for 5 nights and it was everything we could have asked for plus more! All the little details added for extra comfort and convenience were thought of like the welcoming fresh bread, butter and milk for our first night and shopping trolley to conveniently collect groceries from local shop. Loved the outdoor courtyard as it allowed us an extra zone to enjoy. My only tip would be if you have small children maybe one of the other Melbourne short term rentals would be better suited only because of the spiral staircase at the loft - can be difficult getting little ones up and down. But if you have older children then this would be no problem at all. We would definitely recommend to everyone and stay again.
