Positive: The property is located at one of the best beaches I have experienced in Canada. Golden sand beach, clean and private.
Negative: The rooms were not clean at all. The resort is covered in spider webs and thousands of mosquitoes everywhere. I understand mosquitoes can’t be controlled but at least keep the rooms dust free, clean and fresh.
Summary: It was okay, but we were really annoyed by the cleanliness of the rooms.

Positive: The location was good, the cottage was nice and quaint, good supply for kitchenware, bedding, heat/cooler. We went out of season so it was nice and quiet, peaceful and direct access to the beach. Host was very attentive and friendly.
Negative: Lots of bugs and flies about the cottage, dead and alive, wasn't cleaned when we arrived. Very expensive for a cottage/beach stay.

Positive: Modern and comfortable facilities. There were 28 in our group from one year old to 95 for a family reunion. Happy there is first floor bedroom and bathroom for my 95 years old mother in wheelchair. We booked 3 adjacent cottages. The large one was used as the gathering place. Very comfortable for a large group. Customer service was extremely responsive. They responded to our questions quickly and were very pleasant and professional. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. The cold/hot water dispenser is really nice. The outdoor chairs by the fire pit, the beautiful beach, the outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse off, the picnic table on the porch are all very nice amenities. Supermarkets are a short distance away. It is also very close to Niagara Falls. Highly recommend this property. We all had a great time.
Negative: -Having single beds rather than queen size beds will make it easier for sharing room -need more shelving for toiletries and hanging hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes - need grab bars in the showers - need recycle bins - need small trash can in bedroom - over the door hanging hooks way too high for most people to be able to reach
