This renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located in the amazing community of Candlewood Knolls. The house has amazing views of the lake from almost every room especially the large front deck. The house is walking distance to the community beach, baseball, basketball and bocce courts. There are lots of activities for the whole family all summer long. Everything from the beds to the silverware are brand new. All pets must be cleared by owner. Just added 2 new kayaks and a brand new Weber Grill. Contact owner about payment options.

Summary: The Overlook was a fabulous place for us to gather with our immediate family and extended family who live in the area. The house is wonderful, views spectacular, had all the essentials well stocked, only needed to buy food! Only draw back is the steep driveway and stairs up to house, definitely not for anyone with walking/climbing issues. Thank you Kieran for meeting us upon arrival and staying in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend!

Summary: From the view to the accommodation to the communication with Kieran, everything was just amazing. Kieran is easy to deal with and was very responsive, and courteous, meeting us at the house to show us everything, even though there is keyless entry. Kitchen is well appointed. The neighborhood where the house is has a lot to offer, especially for the summer. We came in the fall, which is spectacular on Candlewood Lake; the colors of the leaves and the tranquility of the water made us never want to leave. We will be back!

Summary: Awesome accommodations and homeowner was so easy to work with. He was so flexible with us and our ongoing changes in travel plans. The house was better than expected and perfect for our families to join together from three states to celebrate Thanksgiving. Thank you for a great holiday. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: My sisters and I were just looking for a place to sleep but this was so much more. Beautiful view of the lake from every room and the deck was great. Great amenities and the coffee bar was a real bonus! We all felt truly blessed with our stay here.

Summary: It was great because they had all the little things like spices, napkins, coffee, soap. It was helpful when your traveling from afar. We didn't have to buy the extras. It truly was a home away from home, with stunning views!

Summary: This property was perfect. I was recovering from surgery and needed a place to rest and relax with my husband and son. The place was perfect and so cozy. We loved watching the skiers on the lake first thing in the morning, and the sunrises were to die for. The only downside is there is a lot of stairs to get to the inside, but the owner called to make sure we were ok with that before we stayed. They were very responsive and seriously can’t wait to come back, and bring more people this time, as it holds significantly more than we had! They even had toys for our 2 year old and all the tools for cooking. Definitely recommend!!

Summary: Very clean and well appointed home plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beautiful view of the lake. Homeowner met us at the property and checked in once during the week to make sure all was ok. No issues fishing on lake from the dock was good. Kayaks were available to use. No issues lot of hills in the community
