Summary: The Loubird Inn is described as the "premium boutique inn" in Escalante, which we felt was not an accurate description. First, there was no one there to check us in at 4 pm -- we were not told about this beforehand. Second, all communication is by phone and only until 5 pm. It's like an Airbnb, not an inn. Third, the bathroom needs renovation as toilet got clogged. Garden and outdoor area is lovely and there are some amenities, hence the "average" rating.

Summary: Such a charming, cozy inn that has everything you need and more in an ideal location between Capital Reef and Bryce. Escalante has so much to offer without the crowds. The Loubird is the best place in town.

Summary: Lovely property. I love the hammock to lay out under the stars. We even had a surprise kitty join us for a while. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They were lovely. So quiet.
