Positive: The surroundings are beautiful.
Negative: The ceiling is too low to comfortably walk around. I’m grateful that we had a heat wave because the stone floor was nice and cool. The dog was happy.
Summary: Lovely hostess. Lovely accommodation, just didn’t realise how compact upstairs is.

Positive: Loads of character to this building,exceptionally clean really cosy and comfy.easy to find ,onsite parking.perfect location,2 mins to train station and cheap enough to get to Bridlington and scarborough.bed comfy.welcome gift of wine thank u.town has 4 pubs ,3 do food and all walking distance from house.co op near too.

Positive: It was a lovely unique property to stay in and had a everything we need for our stay as well as extra :) Vicky was a lovely host, easy to contact and very friendly. Was fun to stay in a property like the Low lodge and read about its history. Great to be able to bring our dog too!

Positive: The location was excellent being only a 2 min walk from the rural train station so we could leave the car and let the train do the strain. From there you can travel up to Scarborough and then it connects with Sheffield as the last stop or York so excellent connections. We took a train to Bridlington for £2.50 each way, basically the cost of the car park in Brid and then to Scarborough which was £5. The village has good facilities and a coop in walking distance. The folly is really nice and the host Vicky was really attentive if required.
