The Luey House - Newly renovated top to bottom in 2022, this 5 bedroom, 2 bath home is sure to please. The Luey house is located close to Cooperstown All Star Village making it an easy choice for those traveling to the Oneonta area for youth baseball tournaments. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance from the wonderful rental, downtown Oneonta is a short distance away by car or foot. The first floor has really benefitted from the renovation, the kitchen is up to date with huge island for prep space and additional seating. There is a full bathroom located off the kitchen, complete with washer & dryer. The kitchen was opened up to make a large open room including the kitchen and dining room.
The living room has comfy lounging furniture situated to view the huge flat-screen smart TV. The living room leads to the sun porch, where there is no shortage of beautiful natural light. A great place to snuggle up with a book or watch the comings and goings of the area.

Summary: We booked this place long before figuring out anything else for our stay in Oneonta. It is an older house but has been updated and very clean! All rooms are upstairs along with 1 bathroom, the second bathroom is down stairs in the laundry room but works out. The ONLY thing I'd suggest is window coverings for the bedrooms. If you are the kind of person that gets up with the sun you will be up by 5:30 every morning!

Summary: Great house for baseball families. We spent so much time at the fields, the short 2 minute drive to the park was exactly what we needed. Comfy beds and anything you may need. We never used the yard or cute garage but I'm sure we would have enjoyed it!

Summary: It was a perfect distance from the All star village, had everything we needed, even a wagon and ice chest for the games. Games for entertaining the siblings and a nice yard to enjoy a dinner outside. Thank you for the wine and a great place to stay.
