Lake Ozark Vacation Destinations is pleased to present this incredible 10th floor Penthouse Condominium at the Towers at Parkview Bay! With over 6000 square feet of luxurious living space, amazing rooftop views, and all of the Towers amenities, this exquisite property offers our guests a vacation experience beyond compare!
Inside, you'll find a grand entrance that opens up to soaring vaulted ceilings and an expansive wall of windows displaying the Lake's beautiful, picturesque State Park all anchored by the towering slate fireplace mantle and entertainment center. The main living spaces are simply an entertainers delight! The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you could imagine from the butlers pantry to dual ovens, a wine cooler, ice-maker, a wet-bar, and even a serving sink atop the island! The loft area offers a card and poker table that converts to a bumper pool table. This area is also great for kids to gather for gaming and such.
It gets even better when you step out into the three seasons patio space in my opinion! This fully-tiled area runs a major length of the condo and the enclosure keeps it nicely clean and bug free without obstructing the view. Stepping out of this area onto the rooftop patio is the open-air space that is truly incredible! The stars light up the night like you won't believe! Patio furnishings are abundant in each area.
When it's time to settle-in, you'll find all six bedrooms are ensuites. Two Masters are King Suites, Two are Queen Suites, and Two of the six suites have 2 queen beds.
Combined, we can accommodate up to 16 guests very comfortably!
The Towers offers amenities like no other development at the Lake including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, an Exercise Room, a Huge Outdoor Pool with infinity edge, and Elevators erase the need to climb steps no matter where you want to go!
Our 12 x 30' Boat Slips are available on a limited basis. On occasion, we can make arrangements for larger or additional slips if your group has those needs. The slips are those you see in the covered docks behind the building in our photos, all of which are privately-owned requiring specific assignments.
The State Park (Marina Grand Glaize) is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, the Towers is on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.
Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's just up the street! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round! If you can't decide on something, we are always happy to recommend our favorite restaurants both on and off the water.

Summary: My husband and I love hosting our "adulting" kids and their friends every chance we get, and as they get older, we know it is essential to have A LOT of room for people to chill out between boating and swimming. This is the perfect place for all of that. We hosted three of our kids and eight of their friends for four days, and it couldn't have been better. * The open floor plan creates immediate space, which helps everyone feel less cramped. * The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to make large meals, and I'm picky. :) * The bedrooms are ample, but we did bring two air mattresses for young men who didn't want to share a queen bed. They fit with plenty of room to spare. * The enclosed outdoor balcony is gorgeous; people relaxed out there and on the open balcony every morning and evening. * We rented a slip from the owner and a pontoon boat from Captain Bob's, which is very close by. All in all, it was a fantastic property. I highly recommend it to any large group.

Summary: This is a beautiful location on the lake. We’ve rented many times via Vrbo at the lake. We had 16 people 10 adults and 6 grandkiddos. When we arrived, it was a bit dusty and dead bugs on the floors. We contacted the host and discovered it had not been used since March. I guess they didn’t send cleaning crew in to spritz it up before we arrived. There were some plumbing problems that had been worked on that day that weren’t finished properly. We texted the host and he offered to send the cleaning crew in, but we had already had to vacuum and clean it up as our little ones were about to arrive. He did send the plumbers back to fix the leak in the bedroom ceiling. The grill was very dirty, so we had to clean it to use it and the grilling utensils were left outside and had rusted. We found trash stuffed under the beds that apparently had been left by the people before us and the cleaning crew missed. When I asked the host about more pillow cases for extra pillows, he told me that Vrbo policy is 1 pillow per person, but would pass my request on the owners. Otherwise, it was very well set up in the kitchen which came in handy! Once we got settled in, it was comfy and enjoyed the stay. The indoor pool at the complex really helped with the kiddos as it rained on the days we were supposed to be out in the boat. The outdoor pool is beautiful. This property does not look out to the main channel. It looks across at the park and is a beautiful, quite spot.

Summary: Our large family has been making a December trip to The Lake for years. We are usually split up in separate hotel rooms or condos. This 6 bedroom 7 bathroom property was perfect for our group. We were all together in a beautifully decorated, very clean and Very Spacious condo. The pictures don't portray just how spacious this unit is. Each room and bathroom are unique. The view from the 10th floor is amazing. We had such a wonderful time all being together. I highly recommend this property and we will certainly be back.

Summary: Perfect place for a larger family or many couples. Great views of the lake and easy to get anywhere by boat or car. Very comfortable and plenty of space. The game room was enjoyed by all in the evenings. Highly recommended and we will be back again.

Summary: We stayed here with extended family. There was plenty of room to spread out and having the ensuite bathrooms was so nice! We enjoyed using the screened porch each morning and stargazing on the upper deck in the evenings. Would definitely return
