We are family an oriented neighborhood, Absolutely no parties or unauthorized guests are allowed on the property.
For guest safety, security cameras are installed outside the home (front door, garage, side entrance, deck, and pool).Tampering is prohibited.. Sensors Are through out windows and doors . Indoor Garage parking is Not for Use . Also boil room is locked not for use which is located in basement.
Recycling and Trash: We have two designated recycling bins for your use: one for cans and one for garbage. We kindly request that all guests sort their recyclables and dispose of them in the appropriate bins. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fee to cover the additional waste removal costs.
Please use caution, as floors and porcelain surfaces can become very slippery when wet—whether from rain or indoor spills. Your safety is important to us!
If you decide to cancel, I may consider a refund, but please note that a cancellation fee will apply
No shoes are allowed inside the house. To maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all our guests, we do not allow shoes/boots to be worn in the house and request that footwear be left in the foyer upon entering the house.
Heating Policy (May 1 – September 30):
Please note that the central heat is not typically turned on during the warmer months (May–September). If you would like the heat turned on during your stay, we’re happy to accommodate for an additional fee. Please request this in advance so we can arrange it for you.
CHILDREN MUST BE UNDER THEIR PARENTS SUPERVISON .
NO PETS ALLOWED due to High risk/health concerns allergies .
Sparta has 11 private lake communities; the largest of which is Lake Mohawk. The Lake Mohawk Boardwalk and Plaza are listed on the State and National Historic Registers, also a great place if your interested in getting married at sky view golf club or the Perona farms ,rock Island lake club, & many more golf clubs in area. Farmstead Golf & Country Club 8 min away

⁃ Private Gated swimming Pool that is from 3 feet to 9feet deep please bring own pool towels for the 6 tanning chairs that are located by pool . Pool is open from Mother’s Day weekend to Middle of September.
1. No food or drinks on the couches and please take shoes off when seating in family room .
2. Please bring your own bathroom/pool towels as we do not provide them..
3. Please dry up before entering inside home.
4. No loud music or noise after 8:30 pm outside please.
5. Please wash the dishes and put away after use & leave counters clean if used oven please slightly wipe off any grease that spills behind .
6. Grill fee of $100 of use if propane runs out you must refill tank and bring back..
7. No glass around pool area.
8. No smoking/vaping inside home.
9. Please don’t leave food outside due to wildlife animals that come out at night.
10. Floors throughout home are porcelain so can be very slippery when wet, please proceed with caution.
11. Please recycle all garbage and leave by underneath deck .
This is my home, please treat it as you would your own.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Check out before 10:00 am late check out fee applys .
Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
Remove all perishable items
Take out the trash on Mondays- Tuesdays are recycle and Thursdays is trash again 9 AM please always leave bins underneath the deck due to wildlife.
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip linens from all used beds
Turn off all lights
Close and lock all windows and doors
Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.

Summary: We had a great weekend here and regretted not booking a longer stay. The property was exactly as described. This home provided us a great place to stay in Sparta that was suitable for a friends weekend away with accommodations for the group while providing common spaces for us to catch up and relax

Summary: We came to visit family who stay in the area and attend our grandson's Christening. The house was really clean and exactly like the listing. Well equipped and spacious. The kids just loved the pool and were in it at least twice a day! We had a slight issue with shutting the front door on one very hot and sunny day but that was resolved very quickly by the host. Only things that would improve it even more would be spare keys for the doors and maybe an instruction manual explaining how everything worked - although we figured it out eventually. In summary, great place to stay especially with a large family or group. Nice, safe and quiet neighbourhood.

Summary: We were able to stay in this beautiful home for one evening. What a stay it was, the house is as modern as advertised and as clean as a whistle. Next time we get together we’re for sure going to look forward to this venue.

Summary: To be honest when I drove up to the house it was not what I thought it would be. It was much better then that! Also the neighborhood was wonderful with plenty of space between well keep houses throughout. The interior of the house was amazing and very clean. There was also plenty of space to go off by yourself whether it was inside or outside. You will definitely not feel claustrophobic. The basement was wonderful with a pool table and basketball game. The access to the pool area from the different levels was also good. We played Friday and Saturday at Crystal Springs Resort about 25 minutes away with 6 Award-Winning Golf Courses within a 5 mile radius . Well worth the ride. Also being 4 miles away from Sparta is a big plus. It's a quaint town right on Lake Mohawk with some good restaurants. I would give the house 5 stars. I can't imagine people not being satisfied. I know our group was more then happy. The only thing I think I would do is maybe plant some trees between your house and your neighbor, even though it looked easily 100 yards away. All the best

Summary: Host was great very responsive. House was beautiful Owner did a great job with modern renovations. Property was great for our ski trip only 22 minutes from mountain creek. I will definitely return to experience the property in the summer

Summary: This is our second stay at this lovely Sparta home. The house is well appointed and suitable for large gatherings of family and friends. The deck and pool area are wonderful for outside activities. Our host, Ariel, is very attentive and makes us feel like family. We plan to return again next year.

Summary: While the pictures of this rental look beautiful, they don’t do it justice! This is the nicest house I’ve ever set foot in, let alone stayed in for a weekend. Perfect for our 10 man golf trip with only a 25 min drive to crystal springs.. pool and games in the basement both excellent and the host was super responsive and courteous. Highly recommend!
