Positive: The staff was very helpful and professional. They were very accommodating from the minute we drove up and all through our stay. The food at the Subito was delicious! A shout out to Dena who made our anniversary dinner very special! The hotel is located near Sawyer Park and the river. We will definitely stay there again.

Positive: Beautiful hotel in a great location. Close to downtown and everything that has to offer. Friendly and helpful staff who were extra professional
Negative: At a premium rate I had hoped for a bigger tub in the bathroom which was definitely big enough to accommodate it. I also thought parking would be free and perhaps breakfast included for the price paid.
Summary: Great hotel and staff, perhaps just a little overpriced.

Positive: The bed was amazing.
Negative: I didn't like that the shower curtain liner was dirty (they sent someone to clean it while I was out but it still looked nasty when I got back) and that the curtains in the room were barely functioning and starting to come down. I was able to pull them close enough for adequate privacy. There was no full mirror for when I was dressing. When I first got there I had a problem with the tub stopper. Someone came to "fix" it. It was still not functioning properly. They came back and did something else that I could work with for the remainder of my stay. But, I could tell that it was still broken. I don't know that I would return. But I'm pretty sure they wouldn't care either way.
Summary: Not bad. Not the best.
