Summary: Comfortable room, although very hot at night. At breakfast the hot water for the tea was only lukewarm and should be hotter. When I mentioned this to a member of staff they said I was wrong and that it was "boiling". It's not good service to say to a customer that they are wrong. Curiously on the second day the water was much hotter. When we checked in we were asked to complete a long form about using the spa without checking with us if we intended to us the spa. As we had no plans to use the spa this was a waste of time.

Summary: The hotel was lovely, however, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work. We complained three times about it. Each time they attempted to fix it, but they didn’t. They provided us with Dyson fans which was a plus. But there was no communications to update us. The staff were very apathetic to our requests. But overall, a nice stay. Good food and the spa facilities were great.
