Positive: The young lady was very helpful bright and cheery. Nice touch with the heated floor in bathrooms.

Negative: All facilities were closed and not told of this prior when booking was made. No heating put on its winter would have been nice to walk into a warm place. Couldn't get heating to work no instructions anywhere, never heard of a nest for heating, had to call maintenance to help, Looked abit scruffy on the outside dirty and cobwebs sky lights filthy needs a good power wash. Fire in front room lit up for 5 minutes but heat still came out. Washing machine we managed too find instructions but still very confusing the dryer instructions even worse, please can you put abc instructions, the instructions left for room temp are for aa different one.

Summary: Clean lovely position for lovely views quiet,, but some facilities need access instructions
