Positive: The views were amazing. Mrs Williams was very welcoming and explained the heating system and recycling. Wonderful welcome gifts on arrival. The property was easy to find with plenty of parking. Clean, tidy and extremely welcoming. Lots of wildlife to watch from the garden. A very relaxing place. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Negative: Would have been nice to have a washing machine and a butter dish!
Summary: A hidden gem in rural Wales with a charming host.

Positive: We loved the total peace and quiet, the property is set in beautiful countryside with stunning views, yet is still close to Welshpool. Accommodation is spacious, spotlessly clean and of a particularly high standard. We arrived on a cold evening with snow on the ground but the property was lovely and warm, the host having turned the central heating on earlier in the day. Host called to check all was well shortly after we arrived and left a surprise welcome pack for us. We were very impressed and we plan to return for a further stay next summer.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: Very relaxing stay in superb accommodation in a beautiful location.

Positive: The location was wonderful. The house was absolutely beautiful. Looking across from the sun room was absolutely stunning. Lovely cake, milk and treats left from host. Fully stocked and ready for guests.
Negative: The beds were terribly uncomfortable. We had to switch from one room to the other to find one would could halfway sleep on. It's a little hairy turning into and coming out of the property, but fortunately there wasn't much traffic.
Summary: Lovely base for our adventures.
