Positive: The location was beautiful. Surrounded by nature, 10 min walk to the beach, beautiful scenery, tranquil. Just perfect! The hosts were fantastic. They couldn’t do enough to make your stay perfect. The apartment was spacious, spotless and well equipped. The hosts had thought of everything you might need. It was over and above my expectations.

Positive: We loved our stay here. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic pool. Perfect peace. The hosts Scott and Stamatia are very kind. We loved the unspoiled sandy beach at Fanes (15 minutes walk). The Meltemi kitesurfing school there is really great. The absolute highlight of our stay was the delicious food and wonderful hospitality we received from Restaurant Agrokiali on the beach at Fanes. Highly recommended for meals lunch and dinner

Positive: If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean and friendly place, this is it. Everything is so carefully placed, the rooms are generous, the garden is very very nice, the location secluded and quiet. Not to mention Stamatia and Scott, the perfect hosts. Thank you again for a great stay!

Positive: The location of The Masseria suited us very well, in the amongst the fields away from the crowds but within easy reach of a local supermarket, restaurants and the beach. We had a hire car but it would be possible to walk to these also. Stamatia and Scott were super helpful and very good at communicating. Our flight was delayed and it wasn't until the early hours that we arrived in the vicinity of the villa, Stamatia came specially to assist in getting us to the villa. The apartment had everything we needed for self catering and was comfortable and spacious! Plus it has a fab pool and beautiful gardens! Its a great place and we would recommend to anyone! (We stayed for 2 weeks by the way).
Negative: This is not really a problem or complaint. We very briefly had an issue with drainage in our apartment but as soon as mentioned to Stamatia we were able to use an alternative apartment and the drainage problem was fixed within a day. There was very little inconvenience to us as we only needed to take a handful of things whilst the problem was fixed. If anything it demonstrates how efficient Stamatia and Scott are at handling any issues. I can't speak highly enough of their friendly and can do attitude!
Summary: Great location, great hosts, beautiful villa, wonderful holiday!

Positive: What a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable and had everything you needed for a relaxing time. The hosts were very lovely and gave us recommendations for the area. The pool area was fantastic with plenty of sunbeds, shady spots, and even inflatable beds for the pool. The location is great too – you’re close to the beach, and the area is nice and quiet. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, this is a perfect choice! 🌟

Positive: We enjoyed breakfast by the pool, the quiet surrounding, we could prepare some food, the room was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. And we were lucky and almost got the whole space for ourselves.
Negative: The pathway to the hotel is quiet an adventure and with a rental car one could get scared if something happens to the car

Positive: We had a beautiful stay at The Masseria. It’s such a beautiful location, close to the beach and walking distance to two towns. There is a supermarket 10 minutes away for your food basics. We loved being in the countryside and not having a busy hotel feel so we were often around the pool on our own. It was so peaceful. The owners are wonderful hosts and we will definitely be back!
Negative: We loved everything and it suited us perfectly but some people may prefer to rent a car so they have better access to more restaurants and shops.
Summary: Beautiful, peaceful location with wonderful hosts.

Positive: The villa is in a quiet countryside location with a 10 mins walk to the beautiful beach and nearest grocery shop. Also accessible by car or bicycle. The highlight is the swimming pool area with grill, surrounded by local vegetation, olive orchards and palm trees. We enjoyed to explore around and watch the sunset from the roof. The property is very clean, the room is nicely shaded, well equipped, with a patio/balcony. Great self catering experience with everything at hand. The hosts are exceptionally kind and welcoming people, they would help you with anything you need.
