The McKinney House is completely remodeled in the heart of Springdale. Conveniently located blocks from downtown and close to bike trails. Open concept with large living room and kitchen area with a large bar. All granite countertops. Spacious 4 bedroom 2 full bath 1800 sq/ft home. Lots of seating to enjoy family or friends. Turn on the 70" TV & watch all your streaming channels.
The Space:
Luxurious beds and has plenty of space to spread out with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 smart TV’s. WiFi access. Fenced yard.
Everything in this house is brand new. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and everything you need need to enjoy your stay. We know you will enjoy the space.

Master Bedroom: Queen sized bed, private bathroom, large closet and 65" Smart TV.
Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.
We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance.
Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area.

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.

Summary: We were very happy to find this vrbo option. It was centrally located for all our games , neighborhood was friendly, our kids were safely able to play outside, and ourr host was very kind and accomadating for us! Its so great to have our room away from the boys, more than 1 belathroom when your travwling vwrses a hotel!

Summary: From arrival, check in was great! From the outside it appears small, but very spacious inside. The house was very clean and neat. The master bedroom was perfect! The mattress was wonderful, my husband loved it. I will say with our group of 8 we had to move the the sitting space chairs to the living room. The couch was on the smaller side. Overall we had a wonderful visit and enjoyed it! Thanks again for hosting our family!

Summary: 10/10 property! Super clean, very well done remodel with great details. Host was very responsive to questions and we will be back again anytime we go to an Arkansas game. Living area is much larger than pictures show and all the bed rooms decorated really nice. A+ property.
