Summary: Hotel room has no real window to the outside The music from the bar downstairs was blasting late into the night preventing us to sleep Very expensive hotel for such a low quality At least either reduce your prices or offer a better service for such a cost

Summary: Great hotel. Very clean and safe. Staff is amazing, very attentive, super helpful and accommodating. Shout out to Travis (Concierge) for all his help in celebrating my birthday. You did an amazing job! Definitely would stay here for every trip to NYC!
