Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful, good breakfast to start the day and the location was great for the city of Brussels
Negative: The design of the room was not very thought out, only having one hook for towels? Wash basin outside the bathroom not great for washing your hands after using the bathroom! Not enough hanging facilities for jackets and cloths. No thin curtain to allow light into the room while allowing privacy so given in a busy area the curtains had to remain drawn while getting ready in the morning. A lot of road noise.
Summary: Great location and friendly staff, unfortunately room for improvement regarding rooms

Positive: Excellent breakfast. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Negative: The room lacks any kind of furniture. It's even difficult to find a place to hang towels. There's nowhere to put clothes. There isn't a chair or a small table—nothing. It's really uncomfortable like this. Other than that, the room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Another major issue: the property has a security problem in how it manages its data on Booking and should fix it to prevent customers from being scammed. From the Booking contact of this property, there are requests for direct phone/email contact; through these, fake payment verification requests are sent, aiming to steal money.
Summary: Nice experience. We loved the place, apart from the lack of fornitures in the room

Positive: Loved the decor and the breakfast was spectacular!
Negative: The bedside shelf closest to the window was loose. I didn’t know about it and when I put my (new) phone on to charge, it slipped off and cracked the back of my iPhone. I did tell the young man on duty when we left early the next morning about it and he said he would take it up with management. When we got back later that afternoon to collect our luggage the guy on duty knew nothing about it but promptly called the manager and told him about it. We were told that the manager would be in contact with my husband about it and nothing has happened. (My husband booked the accommodation for my daughter and myself. We have just arrived home from our trip).
Summary: Lovely clean place to stay with lovely views. Just a little sad that they don’t follow up as promised!

Positive: The property was very clean and evident that a lot of care went in to renovating. We loved the decor and being able to enjoy the fresh air with the doors open. We arrived early and had an excellent check in experience. We were able to drop off our bags and were offered coffee and a small bite as it was still breakfast. We felt such warmth and hospitality from the host who provided recommendations and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Positive: Hotel gives a bit of AirBnB flair in the sense of being more personal, creating more home-like atmosphere. I liked the room set-up, breakfast although starting relatively late (at 8am) was very nice.
Negative: There was an unfinished touch-up in my room (cement on the floor not colored in the color of the rest of the floor). Hotel doesnt have a reception, so I was wondering whether it is nice and comfortable for hotel staff to sit the whole day in breakfast area..
Summary: Great and home-like stay close to the city centre.
