Summary: Loved our time at Milestone. Excellent staff and rooms. We brought our 20-month old girl and felt right at home. Food and tea were great. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting London wanting to stay in an excellent location.

Summary: Amazing. This is a traditional hotel with immaculate, old skool service and attention to detail. The staff are courteous and polite and do everything to make you feel at home - if only it was! Great location right opposite the park and conveniently situated for transportation. 10 stars!

Summary: We absolutely love The Milestone and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in London. Every visit feels like coming home. The staff are genuinely lovely—warm, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make your stay special. Summary: Gorgeous room (we’d been given a complimentary upgrade). Very polite staff, wonderful hotel. Breakfast was lovely, but I’m glad we had a hotels.com discount as I don’t think it is worth the full price. Love all the artwork around the hotel, and the fact this is the largest single private collection of Sem’s work.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Milestone. Our family was traveling with our baby and the staff was incredibly accommodating, providing a crib and excellent service. The staff at the hotel was second to none and catered to our every need. Between the service, the classic London charm, and wonderful accommodations we were impressed by every part of our stay at the Milestone. Five stars. Highly recommend.
