Positive: It was cheap, and quite good. It was a great place to stay. Comfy bed, great bathroom, large kitchen and living room, only 2 other rooms so it's not too many people in one space.

Negative: It says that parking is one of their popular amenities, and then when I asked they said to use street parking, which was almost impossible. We had to park a 7-10 minute walk away. I was also told that we would just get charged an extra 20 dollars if we stayed after 10 but before 11. But they came and knocked on the door at 10:05 and said we needed to leave soon, lol.

Summary: Great place for the price and had everything we needed. But parking is not actually available.

Positive: Hosts bf carried our bags up the steep stairs

Negative: Far out location, doing renovations like redoing flooring and walls at midnight and early morning. Rooms were hot and couldn’t change temp. Hosts were a bit rude and didn’t talk or look at us. Made us feel like a burden almost

Negative: Entrance slippery when wet. Steep stairs. Access keypads do work but not user friendly. High tech gimmicks don't work very well.

Positive: The bedroom that we got was huge, clean and organized. And comfortable bed.

Negative: We entered the apartment after 8pm and once we took the stairs up found out that the owner was painting walls and shared space was full of dust. Strong paint smell was present inside the room. As we were very tired and slept around 11pm and woke up midnight with sound of putting heater back on the wall. When I came out to say that it's too late to do this work and make noise. I was told that I am being an A*S. Not a very plesant experience. Next morning I ended up having a conversation with the owner who said this and at that time he seems nice person.

Summary: Unplesant experience.
