The Moorland is a gorgeous, warm and cosy holiday let with a super modern twist...you have your own dedicated selfie room!
With stunning walks on your doorstep in an uninterrupted picturesque setting...The Moorland is truly a boutique and unique holiday let like no other.
Sing along on the kareoke in the lounge, become a selfie expert, chillax on the sumptuous oversized forest green sofa, or go for a stroll on the enchanting moors followed by a soak in the bubbling hot tub...this has it all!
The space:
A rural property attached to another holiday let called The Lodge.
Apart from The Lodge there are no neighbours in the immediate area.
The entire property has just completed a full refurbishment...everything is sparkling new!
On the ground floor you have the lounge/diner/kitchen area leading on to the selfie room.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms with one ensuite and 3.5 other bathrooms.
Externally The Moorland has its own indoor hot tub room.
All garden areas and the car park is shared with The Lodge next door.
Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire part of The Moorland side.
Other things to note:
It is a two night minimum stay over a weekend. Sundays can be booked for a one night stay. Located right between Manchester and Leeds and just 10 minutes from the motorway.
Please take this as a formal advisory notice before any booking has been made. Cctv is active around the exterior of the property and the car park for vehicle registration. If bookings have been deceitful by bringing extra numbers of guests in or malicious damage has been caused to the property we will refer to the cctv.

Summary: We had a great stay, the house is absolutely amazing! The rooms are all brilliant and every guest enjoyed their stay. Only one negative is the kitchen could have cloths / cleaning spray etc so we could keep it nice and clean!

Summary: Absolutely amazing place and ideal for anyone wanting to have a small party. You can clearly see from the attention to detail by the owners that everything has been thought off. Nothing was too much trouble. Two ovens to cook in, the pool table was well used by the lads and the jacuzzis was used by the girls. large seating area for people to lounge on along with a long table for everyone to eat. The tables were comfortable. The weather was not good and I am Sure in summer time you can look across the moors and take in the amazing scenery. Well done, and you will have a few bookings off us next year.

Summary: This property is amazing it had everything we wanted. Hot tub /No neighbours to disturb/Great party house with lots of space/so easy to check in and out/ we have loved out 2 nights stay there will definitely be returning

Summary: A great stay was had by all! We were able to party the night away and have a blast both nights. The beds were comfy and all facilities were clean. We did run out of toilet paper very quickly but the local shop was only two minutes away! We also struggled with the heat. It was very warm-especially for Winter and there was no accessibility to turn this down. The karaoke machine didn't work but we were able to find ways around this. The Selfie room was super fun and the Hot Tub was great! Thanks for a fantastic weekend!

Summary: Absolutely fantastic property. Loads of space to cook, chill, party, karaoke, cocktail making, selfie taking, hot tub memory making. I would highly recommend and will most definitely be booking again. Plenty of bedroom space, multiple bathrooms. Beautiful views and fantastic walks.
