Summary: This is my second stay at this hotel on the same trip and I'm blown away at how wonderful the front desk staff is. They are more than friendly. Upon our first meeting they were warm, engaging and abundantly helpful, storing bags, securing tours, providing directions and then offering us all water. Every time we come and go (and return), they make us feel like we are home. Honestly, I've never experienced such a warm, hospitable and efficient front desk and bellman crew. Great people, great location and an exceptional place to stay! Thank you Valerie and team for making our stay memorable.

Summary: Arrived and told we had an upgrade but would have to wait 30 minutes, after 30 minutes told that room wasn't going to be ready for a while, and we then instead got the smallest room in the hotel per the floor plan (probably smaller than what we even initially booked). Fortunately we were only there one night. Few amenities in the room, tough layout, hard beds. Location of hotel is right along the river which is convenient to many points of interest. Staff was friendly.

Summary: This modern hotel had all the amenities and comforts. It is a short walk across the river to all the excitement of Temple Bar without the hassles and noises of actually staying in Temple Bar.
