Summary: It was our Anniversary which I informed the hotel of prior to arrival. Unlike most hotels, there would be a banner on the door or a complimentary bottle of champagne; this hotel offered nothing, not even a “Happy Anniversary. The front desk staff was not accommodating at all. I forgot my toothpaste and called the desk to see if they had any available. They did, but stated we would have to come down to the desk to get it. The same thing happened on the day we checked out. We were locked out of our room and I luggage was still in there. We called the front desk to ask if someone could bring a key up to open the door; we were told the same thing-you’ll have to come down to the desk to get it. For the price of this hotel, the customer service is mediocre at best.

Summary: The hotel is very nicely appointed. The lobby is inviting and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are luxurious. The hotel is in a great location. The rooftop bar has a great vibe and they just opened a restaurant on site which I have not yet tried.

Summary: This was my second stay at this property. I originally booked an airbnb for this visit because we needed to be in a different area of Capitol Hill, but we ended up needing to move out of those accommodations and I knew that The Morrow would not disappoint - and I was right. My last visit was shortly after its opening, and the common areas have worn a bit, but the staff is so outstanding. I wish I'd made a note of everyone's name, but Bethlehem in particular was a standout.

Summary: We weren't told about the $30 per night "destination fee" so it was quite the surprise to see on the final bill. It's disappointing that there was a lack of transparency at check-in.

Summary: Very impressed with this hotel. It was clean, beds and rooms were comfortable and very quiet! Staff was very friendly as well! Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to DC

Summary: Hotel was beautiful. Enjoyed the luxury bath and body products provided. Lots to do and see within the hotel and surrounding area. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to visiting again.
