Positive: Everything at The Moss was excellent, we were very well looked after by Monica and the team, the food and service were great, room was great, the pool and sauna were excellent, we couldn't have asked for more from our stay in Obergurgl!

Positive: We really enjoyed The Moss. Staff super friendly and helpful (starting with Monica on Reception, super kind & friendly); the pool/sauna great with kids; food was v good and big portions (although dinner sometimes a bit slow to come); and bespoke karaoke session with the kids was ace ! We’d recommend and we’ll be back ;-) Thanks!

Positive: Great location, modern design, clean, nice wellness area, delicious breakfast.
Negative: Mattresses are *way* too stiff/hard, and the bed has no bed slats but just a solid wooden board underneath (doesn’t help the comfort either). Bed was comparable to a basic ÖAV mountain hut. The staff was super friendly and tried to help but there were no softer mattresses or foam toppers available, so the only thing we could get was a few duvets which didn’t make a difference. Too bad, because the rest of the stay was very good, but a comfortable bed is a must-have in a **** hotel.
