Summary: This is a beautiful resort next to Nai Harn Beach. Phuket activities require a long traffic filled ride. But the resort is amazing!

Summary: This is a very well managed hotel. The quality of the food and restaurant service is generally very high. The staff are friendly and efficient. My only niggle is that the swimming pool is small and not suitable for lapping. We will be very happy to return there and to recommend it.

Summary: The Nai Harn is a gorgeous property, with incredible views from the side of a mountain and wonderfully attentive service. The valet realized we were taking two beach towels each day and started to prepare them for us. We spent 8 nights here, over New Years. Wonderful Cosmo restaurant as well for a great breakfast and other meals. Fabulous and restaurant on the water just a short walk from the hotel -- On the Rock Bar and Restaurant. Deluxe ocean views at the 8th and 9th floor are great rooms, and sit above several floors of similar sized rooms but with larger extended outdoor patios. Both are great options. We came for a snorkeling trip. Excellent at Ya Nui beach, where we kayaked out to the small Ko He island twice and swam there once. Excellent corals and lots of fish. The other superb beach for corals and fish is Ao Sane, a 10 minute walk up a hill from the hotel, though construction is making a mess of the beach. Also did a day trip to Coral Island to snorkel on Banana Beach (excellent) and off shore (ok).

Summary: Staff service and attentiveness levels very high. Standards across the board very high. Two very small points for hotel to consider: 1: Passenger lift to have fan / ventilation added (we live in hot climate and lift in our apartment has this) 2: For the rooms like ours for this stay that have terrace day bed it would be great to have a shaded area / parasol so can sit out on terrace and enjoy views without direct sun to deal with.
