Positive: For a 2 bedroom villa it is very large with more than enough room. The bedrooms are huge, and the kitchen and dining area by the pool is again bigger than I expected. The lounge room upstairs with the main bedroom was a nice space. The staff are lovely and very helpful. They kept it very clean and tidy for us our entire stay. Andy (the owner) is a very polite and respectful man. It is only a short drive and not too far to walk to the main road of Legian. I like the layout of the 4 villas, and they would be great for a group of family's to have their own privacy but still be together. My daughter and I have really enjoyed our time here and can't thank Andy and his staff enough.

Negative: It wasn't till the last day that I found a small bar fridge in one of the cupboards in the upstairs bedroom 🤣🤣. I should have had a better look when we first got here.

Positive: Location was good, 10 min walk to Seminyak. Plenty of shops 5 mins away. Tia the manager, was very helpful and did everything she could to look after me and make sure I had a great stay.

Negative: The showers need a bit of TLC as the water pressure wasn’t the best especially the one upstairs.

Summary: Great property, amazing staff and easy to get to places from the location as it’s very central for what I needed.

Positive: The property was clean, spacious and very friendly staff. The staff were all so accommodating and helpful. They made sure the facility was always clean and tidy and we had the sufficient household supplies we needed.

Negative: The fact the two single beds were down stairs and opens straight out to the pool. We were lucky enough to only have one young child and a teenager. The child was old enough to know they were not allowed to go in the pool by them selves but this could be a potential safety hazard.

Summary: The facility was updated, clean and staff were friendly and very helpful.
