Summary: Everything you need is here. And the view is also really nice, with good proximity to Alpine, Balmorrhea, etc. We had an issue with the code getting in/ not getting a message that had already been sent about it, but it was resolved ASAP once we were able to let the owner know.

Summary: House was roomy and comfortable and communication from owner was great. It was within 2 hours to Big Bend and even closer to the McDonald Observatory and SandHills State Park. The pool table was a nice added benefit.
