Summary: Location is great, inside and outside has many sitting locations. Restaurant and Bar were great. Stairs are steep, and more stairs inside to get to rooms. Pillows are terrible.

Summary: The staff at The National go above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay. They were very helpful and supportive of my need to pump and store milk even after we had checked out, which really impressed me. We'll definitely be back.

Summary: Charming hotel. Love the history. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Enjoyed quietly reading a book by the fire pits. I happened to stay in a room that was above the furnace, I guess? So my “Comfort “ rating would have been higher, but my room was pretty hot - even with the window propped open. Not a huge deal tho. Really loved my first trip to BI and my stay at The National. Will definitely be back. Thanks again to the staff!
