Newly renovated 2 bed/2 bath with the amazing amenities in downtown Davenport. This unit is nestled up to the Mississippi River on the east side of downtown, with amazing in-unit views & even better views from the rooftop patio the 3rd floor.
This historic building has been repurposed into amazing apartment lofts featuring granite countertops, sealed concrete flooring, subway tile surrounds and exposed brick walls. The river views and modern industrial vibe make for a totally unique experience.
Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless. Once booked, guests receive a private keycode that will provide keyless access to the apartment, and will enter the complex via a secured door.
Guests will have access to their unit, as well as the rooftop patio over looking the Mississippi River.
Periodically, a train will pass through downtown, so we provide ear plugs and sound machines in case they're too noisy.
Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there's evidence of smoking, guests will be charged a $250 fee.
Absolutely NO PARTIES. We cannot stress enough that. The safety and comfort of you, our neighbors and other guests is our number priority. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
We ask that you do not take home any of the essential amenities provided to you throughout your stay (towels, games, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.). Thanks for your consideration!

Summary: If you’re searching for a place to stay in downtown Davenport, look no further! The Nelson Lofts are incredible. Tim provided me with rapid responses to questions I had ahead of check in. He was extremely kind, patient, and accommodating. Upon entering this loft I was taken aback by the amount of space this loft provides. The level of cleanliness and comfort here are second to none. The surrounding area is exactly where you want to be-close to everything and also quiet. The views of the river from the rooftop are breathtaking. Traveling alone, I felt safe and secure in this building. I almost don’t want to post such a positive review bc I don’t want these lofts to be sold out next time I plan a visit here! I’ll never book a stay with anyone else. Highly recommend whether traveling alone or with family or friends! Absolute 5 stars all around!

Summary: I booked this unit for a 2 night stay for our family of 5 adults. It was so nice to all be together in one large space rather than separate (and more expensive) hotel rooms. The unit was clean, with plenty of space to hangout and watch TV or gather around the kitchen table. The location is walking distance to RiverCenter.and many bars and restaurants.

Summary: After growing up in the area but moving away, this was an occasion to visit family and celebrate a milestone birthday. This area is vibrant and filled with activity in the evenings. The unit itself is spacious, two large bathrooms (one with a tub/shower that came in handy for our granddaughter's bath time) and a neat modern/indiustrial architecture. Very scenic rooftop terrace overlooking the mighty Mississippi and surrouding areas!
