Summary: The house was very clean. I rated it 4 as there was a pile of dog droppings in the path way to the house. Also would be nice if driveway was closer to door. But neither is big deal. Victoria was super fast at responding. The house is very close to a lot of things. The house has everything you could possibly need. And it is decorated very cute. Also everyone said their beds were comfy.

Summary: The Nest was very well located for our visit to family. The property was well suited to our needs and the Host was quick with checkin instructions, answers to questions, as well as additional needs. I would suggest that the Host run the hot water to kick off the hot water if there is substantial vacancy between Vrbo clients. We very much appreciated our stay.
