Summary: The best part about this hotel was the location! The entrance to the hotel is on a really cute square with an old fountain in it. It was really easy to walk to all the sights in Geneva

Summary: Great staff, great location, comfy beds with a selection of pillows. The 'boast' in the welcome pack that the rooms were refurbished in 2013... shows. Looking a little dated. The 'gym' had a few bikes / rowers, would love to see them improve this and i'd be back.

Summary: Hotel is in a very nice location, close to the river and lake. It is nicely decorated with a bit funky art. The room was fairly small but okay. It had a small desk, coffee machine and fridge. Breakfast was in the hotel across the street, there was no restaurant on premises.

Summary: Our booking confirmation stated that check-in was available from 2:00 PM. We arrived at 2:40 PM, but were told that the room was not yet cleaned and that we had to wait. When I asked why we couldn’t check in as indicated, one of the front desk staff responded impatiently and told us that check-in only starts at 3:00 PM, claiming the website was incorrect. However, even at 3:00 PM, we still weren’t allowed to check in. Another staff member then explained that the rooms weren’t ready because there were many guests that day. This felt very frustrating. I believe the first staff member could have simply told us the truth—that the room wasn’t ready due to a high volume of guests—rather than making up an excuse. A sincere explanation would have been appreciated. The whole check-in experience was quite disappointing, and I hope this can be improved in the future.
