Positive: Beautiful and spacious apartment in a perfect location. It is more like an AirBnb than a hotel, but the hosts were super responsive which was really appreciated.
Negative: There was nothing that I didn’t like. I repeat, there was nothing that I did not like. I’ll say one more time, there was nothing that I didn’t like.

Positive: For first time travellers in Montreal, we really love the accesible location. There's food around the corner, parking spaces available both side and back of the place and walking distance to Notre Dame and Old port. The place feels very homey, neat and clean. Perfect for a family with kids like us. Kitchen utensils and cookware are available as well, so we had no problem with early breakfast cravings. But most of all, Nomad Saint Jacques is very accomodating, they check us from time to time if we need anything, made sure we are settled and enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely come back and recommend our family and friends.

Positive: The location was excellent and close to the Basilica and Old Montreal restaurants and shops. Perfect size and everything you need.
Negative: When we arrived, the floor in the foyer had stones on the floor and mat didn’t look very clean. There were still food particles in the sink. The en-suite sink drain pipe was leaking onto the floor. The bed was VERY soft and because the bed wasn’t put together properly, you slanted on one side. I’m not sure if the owners know how run down parts of the condo is as there has been water damage and doesn’t look great.

Positive: Beautiful, large, 2 bedroom unit right in the center of the old town. In a great old building. Was so clean and well maintained. Heating was warm, beds very comfortable. It was an amazing stay. Would highly recommend.
