Positive: Located in a lovely village with all amenities, close to Leicester for our visit to the Space Centre. House was clean and cosy. Communication with owner was effective and timely. Accessing the property was straightforward.
Negative: Would have liked a cafetiere.

Positive: It was off the main road and easy to find. It was a nice little place to stay while we were visiting our family in the area. You can easily walk across the street and have some good Chinese food in the pub. We heard there was amazing fish and chips in the village, however, we didn’t get the opportunity to try it out.
Negative: It hot and stuffy upon arrival, all of the doors and windows had been closed, and there were no fans available. It took a while for it to cool down and air out. Also, the bed in the main sleeping area could be updated. Other than that, it was fantastic. 😊

Negative: We weren’t informed that there was a yarn bomb event in the village which meant a lot of visitors and made parking difficult. The property sleeps 4, it would therefore be good to have 4 wine glasses etc. there was only one plus one champagne flute and tumblers, so dinner with wine on our first night meant one had a wine glass, one had a champagne flute and one had a tumbler!!

Positive: The location , right in the heart of a beautiful village , Quiet comfortable very private and the views of the nook from the windows. A great pub opposite , cooking breakfast with proper sausage bacon from the local butchers over the bridge , and fish and chips from the nearby chippy which in my opinion the best around , still I would say the having grown up in the village in the 60's 70's
Negative: wish we could have stayed longer, but will be back ,we could not even find anything to fault,

Positive: It was self contained with nice lounge, main bedroom and Kitchen with washing machine. Great location with hotel and shops at doorstep.
Negative: The mattress in the second bedroom ( single bed) needs replacing and the utensils in the kitchen needed cleaning before use.
Summary: A lovely small home in Cosby that has all the facilities at its doorstep. Would stay there again.
