Negative: Glasses weren’t cleaned very well, I had to wash over and scrub one cause it wouldn’t come clean. Found a second glass that had grease on the bottom of the stem. As soon as you walked in you could smell the washing machine. It smelled up the whole place, a mildew musty smell. The lid should be left open all the time, just my advice there. The bathroom, could’ve been paid attention to just a little bit more, I found old soap stuck to the top of the bathtub.
Summary: I stayed in the PH so if you stay in this room make sure things are clean and look good.

Positive: Toom was top floor, just as we like (and rewuested). Had an email from Shannon well before our stay, so things were very quick and organized when we arrived!
