Summary: Loved the hotel, the room, and especially the delicious breakfast included in our stay! The room was well equipped and very comfortable, and the eclectic decor really made our wedding weekend feel special. It was exactly what we were hoping for! The only issue we had was that the hotel cafe was closed on Labour Day without any notice -- an issue especially since the breakfast was included in our fee. Such closures should be communicated to guests well in advance so we can prepare for a disruption in regular service.

Summary: I love these old hotls. This is aconverted court house. My first. Room was smsll but gine. Comes with hot breakfast st the restaurant in the lower level. Fantastic meal and great service. Caroline was up to the task today serving a full room. Gladly stay hete agsin. Plus, Flo charger on the st. Behind for electric vehicles made our trip even easier.

Summary: Very charming old inn located in historic part of Powell River, fitted out with artifacts from a century ago. But with modern comfort; the best shower we’ve used. Owner and staff very friendly and accommodating. Disappointed that the cafe was not open for breakfast.
