Positive: The standard of the accommodation is exceptional. It’s obvious that the property has been designed & furnished to a standard that is far higher than most short term rental properties and real attention to detail. It looks lovely and is homely and comfortable. The Old Dairy is our favourite place to stay when visiting family. The landlady & family are helpful & inviting. Highly recommended!!

Positive: Great little bolthole, had everything you could possibly need. Very clean and tidy, loved the wetroom on the ground floor. Good access to dog walks and close to Beverley. Good wi-fi which was essential for us as we needed to work some of the days we were there.

Positive: Having en-suite facilities for each of the bedrooms was brilliant. The privacy of the property, being behind the adjoining property and away from the main road was really nice.
Negative: Two things slightly...but only slightly...detracted from our stay: 1) The TV is mounted too high for comfortable viewing and, 2) the frying pans were no longer sufficiently non-stick for frying, eg eggs.

Positive: Made to feel at home. Hosts very friendly. Property very clean and warm. Downstairs bedroom and ensuite wet room was ideal for elderly relative. Lovely quiet place. Handy for coast and Beverley. It was great we could park right outside the property. Off street and gated. Plenty of hot water and great shower. So glad there was a dishwasher and washing machine.
Negative: Ha! Ha! Well, if your really fussy you might say the non stick frying pans need replacing and wooden spoons in the drawer so you don't scratch up the non stick frying pans
Summary: Had a great week staying in this cute cottage. Very relaxing. Great hosts.
