Positive: The space was immaculate and cosy, featuring a very comfortable bed. I appreciated the lovely welcome pack, which included chocolate, crisps, milk, bread, juice, and fruit. It was a delightful environment, complete with a dog bed, treats, and a blanket for my pet. The location was fantastic, and Sue was incredibly welcoming upon our arrival.
Negative: I believe the listing should clearly indicate that this is a basement flat with the landlords living above. Had I known this, I would not have made the booking, as I value my privacy. I could hear a lot of movement from above, which also unsettled my dog. This is why I typically choose bungalows. I found the listing to be quite misleading

Positive: The space was lovely and bright. The fish tank was a really cool feature, and there was loads of space. They also made it feel very homely with snacks in the kitchen for us to enjoy. Sue and her family were very accommodating to us, 10/10 would stay here agin in a heartbeat.

Positive: There's everything you need and more to feel at home thanks to Sue's great sense of hospitality; a home from home. The location is ideal for country walks with the dog and going into town. The carpark just opposite is very convenient (there is cheaper parking a bit further away). I agree the steps down to get in are a bit steep but there is a handrail and some lighting. All in all, we had a great time at the Old Laundry.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Sue was fantastic and came to meet us to let us in and show us around. She had left little bits for us like milk, juice, bread and some treats which was amazing and meant we didn't have to go to the shops. She had also made up a dog bed for our dog which again was such a thoughtful thing to do. The property was bigger than we were expecting and had everything we could have wanted. It was just a shame we were only staying for 1 night.
Summary: Really nice property, Sue was so welcoming. It exceeded our expectations and we hope to return.
