Hire bicycles, go fishing, play golf, stroll The Saxon Shore Way or explore the fascinating nature reserve at Rye Harbour. The golden sand dunes at Camber offer opportunities to have lessons in kite surfing, windsurfing or dinghy sailing. Or for the less energetic a gentle stroll with the sand between your toes! Winchelsea is another Cinque Port town and the beach below is a great place for shrimping when the tide is out, quite different with its shingle ridges and sense of space. It is never crowded! Summary: The Blue loft, is just as the listing describes, and has a lovely view of Rye from the top of the hill where it’s situated. A pleasant 25 minute walk from Rye, the loft has everything you need for a relaxing weekend away, is clean and thoughtfully decorated, with some lovely home touches and welcoming gifts from the friendly hosts.

Summary: This is a lovely compact property. The cleanest we’ve ever stayed in! Well equipped and cosy. Close to Rye and in a great setting. Recommended for a short break.

Summary: My wife, our 16 month old daughter and I had a wonderful 4 night stay in the Blue Loft cottage. The property is full of character and the back garden was great for our little one to run around in. It is in an amazing location and Jo (the owner) was really helpful by providing extra things for our daughter and some delicious banana bread for our arrival :) I would definitely recommend staying there

Summary: This was a perfect cottage for a quiet break away from the stress of daily life. The views from the cottage are wonderful and the accommodation was homely. The owners are very friendly and the scones upon arrival were delicious. We even got some fresh eggs from the hens during our stay! The cottage is well equipped and there was everything you needed in the kitchen too. We can't wait to return!

Summary: The loft was beautifully decorated with gorgeous outside wild flower garden and plenty of room for parking. A generous welcome gift and lovely friendly hostess. The outside seating area is comfortable with peaceful country views. Comfy beds and a good shower. Everything you need for a lovely holiday. Plenty of places to visit and good food at a nearby pub.
